Hello! I’m Nayaka Aryapradhana, a seasoned digital marketer currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business and information systems. 

Throughout my studies, I’ve been involved in several digital marketing projects over the past 6 years. I’ve implemented social media strategies and search engine optimization techniques to drive sales, generate leads, and reach out to prospects digitally.

With a wealth of experience, I continue to enhance my knowledge in crafting effective digital marketing strategies and familiarize myself with various tools, including those for keyword research and advertising management.

What's Betta Ndeso?

Betta Ndeso is a blog site that comes with a lot of articles as well as blog videos discussing betta caring & maintenance tips for betta keepers across the globe. As a betta enthusiast back then, I frequently crafted articles providing valuable betta care tips. Each article I shared addressed common challenges faced by betta owners.

Responsibilities as an author

As an author, I have the responsibilities to craft contents that align with audience’s needs. Prior to writing, I conducted research to identify topics that resonated with the broader betta community. I include some relevant keywords within my content afterwards. By doing this, my content can easily indexed by the search engine and enhance the chance to be on the top list of the search results. 

It’s inevitable that competitors will always be present. Attain to win competitions, finding low-competition keywords is essential to set content apart from others

In addition, providing relevant content for the audience is not enough. To deliver the best experience for users, I also optimize the technical aspects of the website, such as improving site speed and develop a fully responsive website.

Result & Achievements

Throughout my work, Betta Ndeso experienced a significant increase in traffic, especially during the pandemic when keeping betta fish became a trend. In the first three months of 2021, one of Betta Ndeso’s articles secured the top position in search results. Additionally, within these articles, I promoted products related to betta maintenance and generated revenue from it.

Fresh from the garden

First Project as a Content Creator

Pandemic let me explore a new hobby, one of them is gardening. While gardening, I documented my activities and shared some tips / tricks for plant maintenance. I used Instagram and TikTok to publish my gardening contents. 

What I have been doing on this project

These Contents incorporate some of stories from activities in my garden as well as tips & tricks I usually used to keep my plants strive healthily. The primary objectives of my content is to drive awareness of my personal branding and engagements upon my content.  For education type of content, I always conduct a keyword research to find relevant content ideas 

Project's achievement

As of October 2023, my Instagram account has reached 10,000 followers within the first two months since its creation.

Furthermore, this growth was driven by a video that garnered 600,000 views and over 1 million impressions.

Additionally, my Instagram account boasts an impressive conversion rate, with 94% of the audiences who visited my profile eventually converting into followers.

Monetization along the way

Besides producing content, I incorporate reviews of my gardening products and offer recommendations through my content. Following these review sections, I guide my audience to visit my website if they express interest in any of the featured products, allowing me to earn commissions from these referrals and every transaction made within the e-commerce platform

Linimasa Phototrip is a tourism and travel agency that offers trip packages to customers, featuring various destinations across Indonesia. Their focus is on helping customers capture the best shots during their trips.

To reach potential customers beyond their WhatsApp database and existing followers, Linimasa utilizes paid advertising through social media, targeting audiences based on their interests and behavior

Working methods

Prior to setting up online campaign, I have to prepare ads material which is the content that is going to be displayed on the ads space in targeted social media platform. Ensure the contents could clearly address the value of the product and incorporate a strong CTA. 

Subsequently, I’ll start to set up the ads campaign by defining the ads budget, bid strategy, and the targeting audience based on the segmentation for each campaign.

Achievement on driving sales

At Linimasa, we adhere to standard benchmarks for several ad metrics, including a click-through rate (CTR) that should be above 1.5%. During my tenure, Linimasa’s ad results consistently improved, with the CTR increasing from 0.8% at the beginning of 2024 to an average above 1.5%. Additionally, I successfully implemented a remarketing strategy for Linimasa’s ad campaign, resulting in more efficient costs per result. This strategy led to a remarkable 50% reduction in the ad budget based on cost per result

In addition, one of Linimasa’s ads campaigns successfully generated sales of up to IDR 23 millions with ads budget of only IDR 103K by harnessing the remarketing strategy in the campaign setup.
